There are two ways to redeem your Gift Certificate:

1.  On the Shantique Gallery website at http://shantique.com or http://www.rubylane.com/shops/shantique gallery.  You can redeem your Certificate in exchange for an item.  Using the shopping basket, simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase with your gift certificate.  When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping basket and proceed through Check Out.  Select “Cash” as your Payment Option and in the “Notes” area, please let us know you wish to use your E-Gift Certificate and include your Certificate number.  When we receive your order, we will get back to you to advise you of the next step—how to settle an outstanding balance, or explain what happens if there is money remaining on your Gift Certificate.   

2.  Following a Shantique Gallery (Ebay User ID: sh-antique) eBay auction, simply email us your Gift Certificate number and a message that you would like to use your Gift Certificate as payment. We will get back to you to advise you what to do next, how to settle an outstanding balance, or to explain what happens if there is money remaining on your Gift Certificate.
