LAY-AWAY TERMS:

All Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreements require a minimum non-refundable initial deposit of 25% of the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes, estimated shipping fees, and/or other fees and/or charges, as determined to be included in the total purchase price.

All Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreements require that a minimum payment of 27% of the original total price, including any applicable shipping, be made at least every 30 days calculated from the date of the receipt of the initial Lay-Away deposit.

There will be no handling or processing charges in connection with the set-up or maintenance of your Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreements.

All Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreements are for a period of 90 Days. However, in certain circumstances, the period may be lengthened if agreed upon by both the BUYER and Shantique Gallery, only if the scheduled payments are made at least every 30 days. Any changes to the Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreement must be in writing and copies provided to both the BUYER and Shantique Gallery.

There are no refunds of the initial deposit for Shantique Gallery's  Lay-Away Agreements. However, Shantique Gallery will refund any Lay-Away deposit and any subsequent payments, if any, when, before the end of the Lay-Away period, the goods have for any reason become no longer available in the same condition as at the time of the sale to BUYER.

Monies received from initial deposits or payments to Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreements are applicable only to the item(s) designated in the Lay-Away Agreement.  They are not transferable to other items.

Shantique Gallery's Lay-Away Agreement will terminate, and BUYER's deposit will become non-refundable and be forfeited to Shantique Gallery if payment of the total purchase price has not been made within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the initial deposit.

TO MAKE PAYMENTS: Payments can be made as frequently as you like, but, in order to keep your Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreement in current standing a payment must be made at least every 30 days to be applied against the total price of the Lay-Away, calculated from the date of receipt of the initial deposit. These payments can be made either online through Paypal or by mailed personal check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.

ONLINE PAYPAL PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Buyer may request that Shantique Gallery send a monthly electronic Paypal invoice for each payment due.  These invoices will be sent seven (7) days prior to the payment due-date.  Please email Shantique Gallery at sherridh@comcast.net to request monthly invoices for your Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreement.

PAYMENT MAILING INSTRUCTIONS: Please mail payments to the address below, only. You will need to include a note indicating your Shantique Gallery Lay-Away Agreement Number, your name, address, and telephone number.

ALL SHANTIQUE GALLERY LAY-AWAY AGREEMENTS (INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES) MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
